Overall some nice work here but the movie marketing guys behind Thor! (Which we liked and saw at the weekend-go see it!)

Groovy Japanese Star Wars Ad for Samsung Galaxy smartphone
Okay so we had the Droid phone and we know the branding is owned by Lucasfilm, and Android must license that...
So quite why Samsung have this iPhone looking clone (which looks like an iPhone skin for Android or Japanese version of it) and this very strange ad is confusing to say the least.
Our bad ass Dark Lord of the Sith and whiny sand hater appears with flocks of birds, night clubbing, even watching the sunset. Um... like WTF? Any Japanese readers care to explain more what us westerners are missing?
